CONSTRUCTION

We had a leak. Our Washer would leak out of the wall every time Heather would use it. Talking to the Plumber it is because when they built our house they did not use the 2" pipe that they suppose to use, they used 1 1/4" instead. There is 2 ways to fix it. One to tear up out foundation in the house and replace the pipe that way. The easier and cheaper way is to go around the house. So we have to go cheap (if you call $1800 cheap.)
At the same time my job decided to do year end inventory and shut the shop down, with pay for Thursday and Friday. So as the plumbers got called away on emergency jobs I went and got some supplies to make a flower box. I had gotten some Cedar tounge and groove boards last year, so I used them and only had to get some treated 2x4 for the frame. We also had to get soil, flowers (which were on sell since it is getting late in the season for planing these flowers. So here are some pics of finished project.


Todays project will be to make a window seat to look at the flowers from inside the house.
