Heather upon walking out front: How about we call the city to fix the water leak.
After talking to the city person, Heather went around the neighborhood letting everybody know the water will be cut off. A lot of responses were "we figured that when we saw the water gushing out of the ground.

All was fixed 3 hours later.
There should be a crew out tomorrow to put some yard dirt and smooth out the ground.
