I am not a fan of "fooling probably because I usally end up the fool. So, April 1st is low key at our house, until I ordered my bountiful basket and saw "baby elephants $0.00 (limit 5)." I could not resist to fool my kids. They were so excited to get new pets and so sad when they got fooled. A new plan hatched in their brains. We can make a baby elephant from the boxes left over at bountiful baskets! The site coordinator was the best and gave the kids paper baby elephants in Easter eggs with a payday candy bar. We still came home and made a "mama elephant" for these little darlings.
So glad I don't have to feed and elephant, five kids are enough.
