We decided to take the scenic route over to Idaho which took us through Yellowstone National Park. We got stuck in a cattle drive 5 minutes outside Buffalo. We weren't expecting this type of delay so soon. We saw Buffalo Bill dam near Cody WY. It stands some 300+ ft the tallest in its time. We finally got to Yellowstone and saw a Buffalo (had to wait a few minutes for him to stroll on by.) We saw some smaller geysers and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Heather was ready to get going and see her Grandma. We left Yellowstone and drove a little in Montana then down to Idaho Falls. and spent the night with Grandma. (States drove thru: 6. Wyoming 7. Montana 8. Idaho)
