No, I have decided life is never normal, that would be boring. Challenges, new experiences, even the every day tasks with kids around is never going to be our minds idea of normal.
We have tried to reset routines since returning home July 10th, just enough to feel sane. Even Allen working has been different due to a case of pink eye (he says extreme allergies after mowing the back yard). No, I will not let that be the excuse to never mow again.
Change is a major factor in non normal life. I use to due badly fighting against change, the Lord knows this, he sends it quick sometimes so I don't wonder why until I already have the reason.
I am thankful for the preparation the Lord sends me to deal with major chances, sometimes it is an email from family, a dream later coming to pass, or the inspiration knowledge that the Lord knows I can handle the challenges he allows to be sent my way.
So a little random but true principles. Who wants normal when you are having fun adventures with your family?
